  • I will observe your movement through a range of activities, such as laying down, sitting, standing, walking, playing sports, or playing an instrument. From this, I will spot patterns in your movement and thought, and then help you "undo" many of the patterns that cause your pain through enhanced self-awareness.

Yoga Practice 1 to 1

  • I create a space where you can spend time focussing on your body as we move through various yoga postures. We will find the areas in your body of strength as well as those that need release.

Deep Relaxation Massage

  • Duration: 45 minutes / 75 minutes

  • I will hold a safe space where you can arrive at your ease. Hands-on on various areas in the body to release tension and give the body time to heal. By the end of the session, I hope to leave you feeling more grounded, calm, and with a greater connection to yourself.
